4. Bookings requested through the Website

The booking form allows you to request a table, but submitting the form does not in itself constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only considered finalised once the restaurant confirms it by telephone or WhatsApp.

The restaurant reserves the right to decline requests due to lack of availability, incorrect or incomplete contact details, or repeated failure to honour previous bookings. The owner does not guarantee table availability in the absence of express confirmation.

Prices, dishes and opening hours shown on the Website are indicative and may vary depending on the season, produce availability or decisions made by the establishment. The binding information is always the one displayed at the restaurant itself.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All Website content — texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, trade marks, graphic design, navigation structure, source code and databases — belongs to the owner of the Website or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, whether total or partial, is prohibited without the owner's prior written authorisation. Viewing and printing pages is permitted for strictly personal and private use.

Third-party typefaces and libraries used on the Website are employed in accordance with their respective licences.
